The Forming of a Leader ~ with Eric Bryant
Eric Bryant is a pastor, author, and leadership strategist who has been a respected voice among church leaders for many years. He current serves with Gateway Church in Austin as the team leader for the Central Austin region, the South Austin campus, and as part of the teaching team. Prior to that, Eric served as the Executive Pastor at Mosaic in Los Angeles. He’s also taught at Golden Gate Seminary and Fuller Seminary, and has coached leaders in the ministry, non-profit, and business sectors. Eric’s book, Not Like Me: A Field Guide for Influencing a Diverse World, helps Christ-followers overcome the negative Christian stereotype by embracing the people Christians “love to hate.” Eric lives with his wife, Debbie, and two children, Caleb and Trevi near downtown in Austin, TX.
In this hour-long conversation, Eric shares his insights on the often difficult process God uses to form a leader, drawing from the high points and dark times of his personal journey with God.
